DEMON WRESTLING - Second home meet of the season for the Demon wrestling team will be held in the high school gymnasium here Friday night against Muscatine. The picture above was taken during last week's meet with Ft. Madison as big Don Davis won his match over his unidentified opponent in the heavyweight class during the meet as Washington was edged out 24-19. Davis is shown here on top just after throwing his victim to the mat early in the match, which he won 5-2. — Journal photo by Bob Elliott.
