SEIDL caption: DEDICATION AT WELLMAN, — The special dedication ceremony had just begun at the newly constructed St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Wellman when the picture was taken. The procession of priests can be seen entering the front door of the church while others present viewed the start of the service from outside the church.
