SEIDL caption: SOME SNOW FRIENDS. — Still holding fast to a position in the front yard at the Allen Hampsher home (321, W. Madison) here are two of the best dressed snow men in Washington. The, six in the picture above (that's counting the two, snowmen, of course) are from left to right, snowman, Chris Hampsher, Joy Moriarty, snowman, Karen Keller, and Penny Hampsher. The two snow men were probably the only local residents happy to see the six inches of snow which fell over Washington Tuesday night.
