SEIDL caption: THE WINNERS — After the awarding of prizes at the 56th annual Evening Journal carrier boys dinner Saturday evening here it was time for gathering around and admiring the top prize winner, Dennis Norton (center) and his "gold" watch, which is given by the Journal each year to the youth selected as the "Outstanding Journal Carrier" during the past year. Taking a close look at the watch are other prize winners. Mike Gardner (standing left) received $10 as second place in the outstanding carrier competition. David Leavitt (right front) and Jim Koehler (right standing) were tied for third place and each received $5. Steve.
