SEIDL caption: HUNGRY HALLOWEENERS — There's nothing like being a witch or a goblin for whetting the appetite — or so it seemed as the horde of hungry Halloweeners descended on the refreshment line at the annual city-wide Halloween party in the Washington YMCA Tuesday evening. The group shown receiving treats from one of the volunteer workers at the event here was only the vanguard of a big crowd which filed past for a bit of nourishment after the annual costume parade and program in the Y gym. There were prizes, too, for the best costumes seen in the parade for pre-school and grade school youngsters.
