SEIDL caption: HUNGRY HALLOWEENERS — There's nothing like being a witch or a goblin for whetting the appetite — or so it seemed as the horde of hungry Halloweeners descended on the refreshment line at the annual city-wide Halloween party in the Washington YMCA Tuesday evening. There were prizes, too, for the best costumes seen in the parade for pre-school and grade school youngsters. First prize in the pre-school age group went to young Fred Doggett, son of Mr. and Mrs Dale Doggett, shown at the right in his costume as a miniature "Aunt Jemima".
