SEIDL caption: SNOW PROBLEMS — The scene here was not unusual on Washington side streets Wednesday as drivers found the going difficult and at times impossible, as was the fate for the driver of the above automobile. With his car parked neatly in the roadside snowbank it's hoped the driver looked on the brighter side and decided that it's more healthy to walk anyway. City street crews are still busy today digging Washington out from under the seven inches of snow dropped here Wednesday in the worst storm of the winter so far. — Journal photo by Bob Elliott
