DOUBLE DOUBLES — “Good things come in small packages," so goes the saying and at the present time in the hospital here it seem they also come in pairs. It all began two weeks ago when Mrs. William Britten of Keota, already the mother of five, gave birth to a set of twins, both girls. On Leap Year Day, Feb. 29, another Keota woman, Mrs. Jim McCrabb, who was not to be outdone, followed the example and became mother of another set of twins also both girls and her first. The Britten twins are still at the hospital here although their mother has returned home. The picture above shows a proud and happy Mrs. McCrabb, right, with her two young daughters, Debra Elaine and Sandra Jane, while an equally happy nurse, Joyce Baraes of Washington, holds the two Britten twins, Charlotte May and Charleno Kay. — Journal photo by Bob Elliott
