Mr. Perou took over as administrator of the local hospital Tuesday, Dec. 1, following the resignation of Edward J. Miller, who now holds a position in a Chicago hospital. Mr. Perou, previously a member of the administrative staff at the state hospital in Fulton, Mo., lives with his wife and four children in an apartment in the nurses home just west of the hospital.
