SEIDL caption: FATAL ACCIDENT - This is the car in which three lives were claimed in a two car accident at the junction of highways 92 and 77 south of Keota late Thursday afternoon. Killed in the car were Mr. and Mrs. Charles McKay of Packwood, formerly of Washington, and Mrs. William A. Dunston, also of Packwood. The accident occured when a car driven by Mrs. B.C. Hartford-of Mendota, Ill., crashed into the side of the McKay auto. Dr. and Mrs. B.C. Hartford and the other two occupants of the McKay car, Mrs. Lloyd McKay, 27, and her 17 month-old son, were taken to the Washington County Hospital but not believed to be in critical condition. — Journal photo by Bob Elliott
