SEIDL caption: COPPOCK FIRE — This chimney and a pile of rubbish is all that was left after fire completely demolished the grocery store owned by Mr. and Mrs. Glen Hesser in Coppock early this morning. Fire trucks from Wayland, Brighton and Washington were called to the fire but were unable to control the blaze which burned the store building to the ground. Also lost in the blaze was a small barn and old ice house at the rear of the store. Cause of the fire is unknown.
