CHRISTMAS SEALS — Mrs. J.K. Latta, left, and Mrs. Ray Cain, right, were two of the 55 women of the Tuberculosis and Health Association of Washington County and the American Legion Auxiliary who attended a work shop for the preparation and mailing out of Christmas Seal Letters Thursday morning at the American Legion Hall here. After the work shop in the morning the Legion Auxiliary served a luncheon which was followed by an executive board meeting of the county TB association with the president, Mrs. Mayme Squire, in charge. Mr. and Mrs. William Marie, who were to be honored guests as their picture appears on the letters which were mailed Thursday, were unable to be present at the work shop. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Marie's marriage and also of the first sale of TB Christmas Seals.
